Payment Policies
The tuition fees are due prior to the start of the academic year and payable in advance of attendance, at the start of each term. Tuition fees will be invoiced from the time of admission to ensure that payments can be processed before the start of the term. If your circumstances change, it is essential that you contact us in advance of the deadline so that we can guide you on available options. Please note, all tuition fees are in accordance with the fee structure established by GEMS Education under the guidance of KHDA established School Fee Framework.

Sibling Discount

Other Fees
Application Fee
Application fee of AED 525 payable at the time of applying for entry into the school. (Application fee includes VAT and is non-refundable if the offer of a place is rejected, and non-transferable).
This fee includes standard assessment fees.
Registration Deposit
A registration deposit of 10% of the total tuition fees will be due upon the acceptance of the offer letter. The registration deposit is non-refundable but adjustable against the total tuition fees for the academic year.
Learning Support (LSA)
For students that may need additional support with a one to one Learning Support Assistant, costs are estimated, please see below:
FS - AED55,000/-
Year 1 and Year 2 – AED65,000/-
Year 3 and Year 13 – AED65,000/-
Re-Registration Deposit for the coming Academic year – for current families
5% Registration will be required within the year to secure your seat for the following academic year. The deposit is non-refundable, but adjustable against first term fees. Balance of the tuition fee for the term will be due prior to starting.
Exam Fees
Exam fees for GCSE & IB examinations are not included in the yearly admission fee and are a mandatory separate payment which will be communicated to all families via the exam fee booklet during the Academic Year.
